NRJ has launched a brand extension that premieres in French-speaking Belgium. NRJ+ (‘NRJ Plus’) plays 90s and 00s hits.
With the Backstreet Boys and the Spice Girls going back on stage, it goes to show how beloved these decades are. Nicolas Fadeur, program director & brand manager for both radios, sees NRJ+ as the ideal channel for the Game Boy generation.
“We try to select songs that make you want to dance, that put you in a good mood or that bring back memories. Throughout the day, listeners will be accompanied by NRJ’s personalities. They’re all between 25 and 35, so a part of our audience.”
Upbeat & vibrant
NRJ+ was looking for jingles that would fit their upbeat character as well as their vibrant playlist. “We’ve made a selection from the collection of NRJ jingle packages from PURE. Their team has customised those cuts for NRJ+ perfectly.”
“Jingles are an essential part of our programming & branding strategy. We wanted the best of the best, and we needed it fast because of the approaching launch date. PURE Jingles once again met our expectations. A huge thank you!”
