Classic Hits station Nostalgie has updated its package, designed to further modernize the brand and boost its presence in recall-based ratings markets like France and other countries.
With a consistent music library, a brand like Nostalgie benefits from a contemporary approach in both content and imaging. Middle-aged and older listeners enjoy feeling as young as they once were and are very much living in the present. They like to associate with brands that feel relevant.
The jingles are also tailored to the French ratings system, which is based on callout interviews rather than electronic measurement. Listeners name stations they remember, spontaneously and unaided. The package is designed to emphasize Nostalgie’s name, leaving out the slogan. Maximum branding for maximum recall.
This is the third custom package PURE Jingles has produced for Nostalgie, now consistently one of the top two music stations in the market alongside its sister station, NRJ.
