NPO Blend is a station with a very specific identity: classic R&B, Hip-Hop and Neo-Soul from the ’90s and ’00s, seamlessly blended with today’s releases. The challenge for this package was to translate that atmosphere into a sonic identity that feels authentic, modern and unmistakably “Blend.”
The goal was to create jingles that carry the warmth, groove and soul of the format without sounding nostalgic or dated. Every element was designed to complement the music flow naturally.
The result is a package that feels musical rather than interruptive: short-form imaging with rhythm, attitude and emotion that lives comfortably between tracks while strengthening the station’s identity. The sound balances classic influences with a contemporary edge, giving NPO Blend a signature audio brand that connects with both listeners and presenters.
This project with Idriss Rouchiche is a strong example of how custom sonic branding can capture the DNA of a format and turn it into a recognizable, consistent station sound across every moment on-air.
